Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a few commons questions about our mobile notary services:

How much does a mobile notary service cost in Los Angeles?

Pricing depends on the type of document, number of signatures, and travel distance. We offer competitive, transparent rates with no hidden fees. Contact us for a quote over the phone.

Can you notarize documents in Spanish or for Spanish-speaking clients?

Yes, we are bilingual and happy to assist Spanish-speaking clients. While documents do not need to be in English, we must be able to communicate clearly with the signer to proceed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash and Zelle for all mobile notary appointments. Payment is due at the time of service. If you need a receipt, just let us know—happy to provide one.

What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?

You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID. The document must be complete but unsigned—sign only in the presence of the notary.
